EFT invites the participant to tune into honest feelings, such as anger, symptoms of anxiety, uneasiness, fear, sadness, etc. Tuning into these feelings can be discomforting, especially when not working with a certified practitioner. Most EFT participants feel a great sense of relief, calmness, and peace as a result.
